3. Refund policy (calls)
Consultation calls and strategy calls are fully refundable within the next 30 days. If you request a refund, we will issue it with no questions asked. Refunds apply only to the call booking itself.
4. Visa services under a contract (different terms apply)
If you enter into a written agreement with us for a visa service (for example, application preparation or ongoing support), refunds, cancellation terms, and service scope are governed by the written service agreement and any engagement letter you sign with us.
That written agreement is the guideline for those services and overrides anything on this page.
5. No guarantees
Immigration outcomes are decided by government authorities, not by Tasman Visa. We cannot guarantee:
