One Tasman. Two paths.

Two countries.
One licensed adviser. One process.

I am credentialed on both sides of the Tasman, a registered migration agent in Australia, a licensed adviser in New Zealand. Whichever country fits your life, the process feels the same: clear, honest, no waffle.

How a case actually works

From your first email
to your grant.

A simplified view of how a real case moves with me, works the same in either country. Most run between three months and two years, depending on the pathway.

You write to us, briefly

An email or our short form. Tell me where you are, who you are, your profession and qualification, where you want to be, and anything already in motion, a job offer, a course, a partner with citizenship.

Week one · no jargon AU or NZ
02
Stage two

A short written assessment

I assess whether you have realistic pathways to achieve your immigration goals. You get it in writing, no legalese, before you have spent a cent.

After the brief Either side

A clear written engagement letter, scope, fees, timeline, so we both know what we have committed to before any work begins.

Exceptional support from start to finish for a family of 3

We contacted Suzie in December 2025 with the hope of finally making our long-time plan of moving to New Zealand a reality, and by August 2026 we already had our residence visa in hand. She guided us through every single step of the process and was incredibly supportive along the way. Our visa was eventually approved within just one month of lodging the application. Suzie was very knowledgeable, and whenever a question or situation came up that was specific to our case, she always knew where to look for the right information and was able to give us clear, practical advice. We felt that we were in good hands throughout the whole process as she went above and beyond to support us, always keeping our individual circumstances and best interests in mind. Thank you, Suzie, for making what could have been a very stressful and complicated process feel like a piece of cake. We couldn't recommend you highly enough!

Excellent service, thank you, Zsuzsi! Zsuzsi was extremely helpful and was always available whenever we had questions regarding our visas. She answered all our questions promptly, patiently, and meticulously. What we particularly appreciated was her friendly, respectful, and approachable manner. We never felt uncomfortable asking questions, no matter how small or detailed they were. She always treated us with respect. Her professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made what can be a complicated visa process much easier for us. We are grateful for her assistance and advice and would recommend Zsuzsi to anyone looking for reliable and supportive migration advice. Thank you again, Zsuzsi, for all your help!

"I will tell you, plainly, whether I can help, and if a different adviser, route, or moment is better for you, I will say so. Your future deserves honesty, not guesswork."

Send a few details. I read every message myself, usually a real reply within a working day.
