This information is aggregated and anonymised and does not personally identify you. It is collected without cookies and without any identifier that could follow you between websites, see Section 3 below.

When you submit the contact form, you provide the information you have chosen to share, your name, email address, citizenship, links to your professional profile, and the details of your situation. This is used only to respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, shared with marketing services, or added to any mailing list.

The only thing stored in your browser is what you put there yourself: while you are filling in the contact form, your partly completed answers are kept so a refresh does not lose them. They live in your browser's local storage, never leave your device, and are cleared when you clear site data for tasmanvisa.com. There is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
We do not use Google Analytics. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags of any kind.
4. Third-party services
Two services handle data on our behalf when you use the contact form:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the cookieless analytics described above. If you attach a CV, it is stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Cloudflare's handling is governed by its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) delivers the notification and confirmation emails, from servers in the Sydney region: aws.amazon.com/privacy.
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside your country. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
5. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (and in particular if you are in the EU/EEA or the UK), you may have the right to:
