How this started
In 2017 I moved to New Zealand with my family, and later again to Australia. Multiple visas, three children, two new countries, the kind of decisions that carry real weight, taken in real life rather than from a textbook. Most clients I work with now come from that same shape of life: a household trying to relocate, with a partner and kids and a career to think about, not just a single applicant ticking a box.
What I do, and what I do not
I look at a case the way an honest doctor looks at a patient: facts first, hope only where the facts support it. Many people who reach me have already been advised by someone, and that advice has either led them into a dead end or papered over a real risk. I cut through with clear eligibility, realistic outcomes, and long-term pathways the household can actually live with.
If your case is unlikely to succeed, I will say so before any fee. If a different adviser is a better fit for your particular pathway, I will tell you who. There is no guaranteed-visa language in any of my briefs, ever.
Why both countries
The Tasman is a single migration region with two distinct rule books. Lots of clients arrive convinced one country is right for them, and discover the other actually fits their life better. Being credentialed on both sides means I can compare the two honestly without sending you to a second adviser to find out.
